LEADING with a coaching approach

Leader as Coach is a two day programme for leaders who wish to learn a coaching approach to helping their teams become more creative, effective and fulfilled at work.

This short programme is rooted in Integral theory, and part of a suite of leadership programmes designed in collaboration with the Centre for Coaching at the University of Capetown Graduate School of Business and New Ventures West, the home of Integral Coaching in San Francisco, USA since 1987.

About the Facilitator

Sue Adams

Sue is an experienced Professional Certified Coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation. She has been coaching executives and leaders since 2007  and has taught coaching and mentored and supervised coaches since 2012. She is also a trained facilitator who designs and facilitates learning and development experiences.

 

Prior to founding Bamboo Being in 2007, Sue had a 20 year career first as a lawyer and then regional manager and ultimately MD in the TV industry leading a large cross-cultural team across seven Asian offices. She serves on the boards and advisory boards of nonprofit and for-profit enterprises and is a certified Advisory Board chair.

 

Sue has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. She qualified as a lawyer in the UK and a Mediator in Singapore.

 

Her coach training includes certification training in Coaching for Results, Integral Coaching, Positive Organisational Psychology and Coaching Supervision as well as Constellations and Enneagram informed coaching. Her facilitator training includes Gestalt, Oshry power systems and Theory U approaches to organisational development.
