Sue Adams
Sue is an experienced leadership coach, mentor and facilitator dedicated to supporting people and businesses to bring new possibilities to life in the midst of complex, challenging environments.
Professional and leadership experience
For the 20 years prior to founding the practice in 2007, Sue was first a lawyer and then a manager and leader in the Media industry.
In the last 6 years of her media career as Regional MD for Asia of Fremantlemedia (a global producer of highly rated TV shows such as American Idol) she led a large cross-cultural team, developing the operation from an investment in two Asian offices to a thriving business across seven Asian offices.
Board experience
During her corporate leadership career, Sue was a board member for several of the Pearson and Bertelsmann Asian subsidiaries and continues to serve on the boards and advisory boards of non-profit and for-profit enterprises in the field of learning and development. She is a Certified Advisory Board Chair and an angel investor who advises and mentors enterprises particularly those working on UN Sustainable Development Goals and/or with female founders.
Education and professional training
Sue has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD. She qualified and practised as a lawyer in the UK and a Mediator in Singapore.
Accredited with the International Coach Federation at PCC level, Sue is certified and trained in many different coaching approaches and she trains and supervises other coaches.
She has a post Graduate diploma in Positive Business Psychology accredited by the National Council off Psychotherapists, UK and is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1.
Additionally she is trained to teach Pilates and Non-Linear Movement and holds an Advanced Diploma in Yoga studies.
Fields of interest
Sue works primarily with people who wish to lead more purposefully, develop others, create
generative businesses and better integrate their lives. She has a strong track record working with the world’s most successful enterprises in technology, media, strategy consulting, law and finance at senior levels and also works with medical, academic and government institutions. She studies widely in creative arts, somatic work and psychology to integrate ideas and practices from multiple disciplines in an ever-evolving approach to developing people and organisations.

Sue is a British national and Singapore PR of British and Chinese descent and lives in Singapore with her family. She has lived, worked and studied in 5 countries and continues to work and study across Asia and beyond.
